Dit plein, de Plaza Mayor, ligt in het oude centrum van Palma en is een kleine kopie van de Plaza Mayor in Madrid. Het is een druk maar vooral ook een gezellig plein met vele terrassen en de aanwezigheid van verschillende straatartiesten. Op dit plein komen drie van de populairste winkelstraten van de stad uit. Het zijn oude smalle straatjes met gebouwen die stammen uit de 14e eeuw.
