L'Arbre de la Liberté of de "vrijheidsboom". De oorspronkelijke boom werd hier geplant door de Amerikaanse troepen in 1918 ter herdenking van de bevrijding van de Elzas. Tijdens de tweede wereldoorlog zou het voor ontsnapte krijgsgevangenen een richtpunt op hun vluchtweg geweest zijn. De oude boom is intussen vervangen door een nieuw exemplaar.
