Huizingen => Ophain

Huizingen (halte "Kerk") is bereikbaar met buslijnen 153 Ninove – Halle – Drogenbos en 154 Halle – Drogenbos; op werkdagen wordt ook het op lijn 26 Mechelen – Halle gelegen station Huizingen bediend. De wandeling loopt van Huizingen door het Hallerbos over de taalgrens naar Wauthier-Braine (Woutersbrakel) en verder naar Haut-Ittre, Bois-Seigneur-Isaac en Ophain. Vanuit Ophain (halte "Village") kan men met buslijnen 65 Braine-le-Comte – Braine-l'Alleud en 66 Nivelles – Braine-l'Alleud naar de gelijknamige spoorstations, maar enkel van maandag tot zaterdag; op zondag dient men door te stappen naar station Braine-l'Alleud of Lillois.
