A walk north of Navarino Bay, at the foot of the Castle of Nestor, a visit to the cave of Apollo (zhere he was hiding his bulls), Voidoikilia (where Telemachus arrived to ask advice from the old and wise Nestor), the swamp area of Navarino ( a unique birdparadise). We start and end in Gialova (the village kept its Turkish name) because there are some nice restaurants and a great place to end the day with an ouzo waching the sun setting over Sfacteria, the island in front of you.
