Slottet Holzheim, også kaldet Painherrnhof, ligger i bydelen Holzheim i kommunen Leonding i distriktet Linz-Land.
Holzheim blev første gang nævnt i skriftlige kilder i 1075. Herrerne von Holzheim var ejere indtil 1376, hvorefter Aczpeckh ejer dem indtil 1481; derefter kom slottet i besiddelse af herredet Steyregg. Navnet Painherrnhof stammer fra fristaden til brødrene Georg og Wolf Painherr. Disse blev i 1648 ophøjet til adelen af kejser Ferdinand III. Den sidste af Painherrn var i 1684 sønnen af Wolf Painherr. I 1726 brændte det gamle slot ned, og der blev opført en ny barok bygning.
