A través de Leveroy y Baexem, la ruta va hacia Beegden. Luego se cruza el Mosa a través de la presa en Linne. Después se dirige a Sint-Odiliënberg. Luego, la ruta pasa por un camino en la cuenca del río Roer que está parcialmente cerrado al tráfico motorizado. A través del puente para bicicletas sobre el Roer se llega al hamlet Paarlo (el punto más lejano de la ruta). A través de las aldeas 't Reutje y Montfort, se llega a Maasbracht, Panheel, Grathem y nuevamente hacia Heusden.
