La bahía de San Francisco (en inglés: San Francisco Bay) es un estuario y bahía poco profunda a través de la cual se drena aproximadamente el cuarenta por ciento del agua de California, que proviene de los ríos Sacramento y San Joaquín desde las montañas de Sierra Nevada, y desemboca en el océano Pacífico.
