La muraille Servienne ou mur Servien est une enceinte défensive construite autour de la ville de Rome au VIe siècle av. J.-C. et renforcée au IVe siècle av. J.-C. Le mur faisait 3,6 m de large, 11 km de périmètre et avait seize portes.
La muraille Servienne commencée sous Tarquin l'Ancien porte le nom du sixième roi de Rome, Servius Tullius, qui fit entourer Rome au la fin du VIe siècle av. J.-C.. Le périmètre protégé coïncidait avec la limite du pomœrium englobant le plateau du Quirinal, du Viminal et de l'Esquilin. Des parties renforcées de muraille en grosses dalles de cappellaccio sont encore visibles en divers points comme le Capitole et l'Aventin,.
