Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. est un fabricant américain de semi-conducteurs dont le siège social se trouve à San José . Ce département de Fairchild Camera and Instrument, fondé en 1957, a été pionnier dans la fabrication de série des transistors et des circuits intégrés. Schlumberger a racheté la société en 1979, avant de la revendre à National Semiconductor en 1987 ; Fairchild a repris son autonomie en 1997, puis est racheté par ON Semiconductor le 19 septembre 2016.
Cette société est implantée à San José ; South Portland ; West Jordan ; Mountaintop et, en dehors des États-Unis, à Singapour; Bucheon ; Penang , Sou Tchéou et Cebu etc. Elle a ouvert un centre de recherches à Punvadi .
