Cap Passero o Cap Passaro és un famós promontori de Sicília, que forma l'extrem sud-est de tota l'illa, i un dels tres promontoris que se li suposava que li havien donat el nom de "Trinacria".
Tots els antics geògrafs ho descriuen correctament com a extensió cap al sud i l'est per ser el punt de Sicília que era el més oposat a Creta i al Peloponès. És al mateix temps el punt més meridional de tot l’interior. El promontori no és alt, sinó format per roques que es projecten en negreta i immediatament al seu costat es troba una petita illa rocosa de considerable elevació, que sembla que generalment es considera que forma el promontori real. Això explica l’expressió de Nonnus, que parla del rock illenc de la gavina Pachynus. Lycophron també té una frase similar.
