Boulogne-Billancourt [buˈlɔɲ bijɑ̃ˈkuːʀ] ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 121.583 Einwohnern südwestlich von Paris. Es ist der Hauptort des Arrondissements Boulogne-Billancourt im Département Hauts-de-Seine in der Region Île-de-France. Die Einwohner werden Boulonnais genannt.Die Stadt gilt zum einen als einer der vornehmsten Vororte von Paris, zum anderen ist sie im Süden auch durch industrielle Betriebe und moderne, mittelständische Wohnblöcke gekennzeichnet. Die Stadt zählt gemeinhin als wichtigstes Zentrum der Zwischenkriegsarchitektur insbesondere der 1930er-Jahre in Frankreich.
