La colline du Parlement est le lieu où est construit le Parlement du Canada, à Ottawa. La colline du parlement ansi que l'enceinte parlementaire sont sous la juridiction du Service de Protection Parlementaire .
Intimement liée à l'histoire de la ville, la colline accueille ses premiers occupants européens aux alentours de 1826, trois ans après l'achat de terres par George Ramsay , alors gouverneur du Bas-Canada. Le colonel John By entreprend d'y installer un campement afin de superviser la construction du canal Rideau.
