Il castello di Bubikon o comanderia di Bubikon è un castello nel comune di Bubikon del Canton Zurigo. L'ex Commenda, un monastero medievale dei Cavalieri Ospitalieri, è un patrimonio svizzero d'importanza nazionale.
Presumibilmente in compensazione delle rivendicazioni relative alle terre e ai diritti di Alt-Rapperswil, un cambio di beni avvenne tra i conti di Toggenburg e i conti di Rapperswil probabilmente nei primi anni 1190. Per porre fine alle dispute sull'eredità, l'abbazia dei Cavalieri Ospitalieri e la comanderia furono donate da Diethelm V von Toggenburg e Vogt Rudolf von Rapperswil tra il 1191 e il 1198 dC.
