Il duomo di Napoli, il cui nome ufficiale è cattedrale metropolitana di Santa Maria Assunta, è una basilica monumentale nonché duomo e sede dell'arcidiocesi della città di Napoli.
Il duomo sorge lungo il lato est della via omonima, in una piazzetta contornata da portici, e ingloba a mo' di cappelle laterali altri due edifici di culto sorti autonomamente rispetto alla cattedrale: la basilica di Santa Restituta, che custodisce il battistero più antico d'Occidente, quello di San Giovanni in Fonte, e la reale cappella del Tesoro di san Gennaro, che conserva le reliquie del santo patrono della città.
