Boeing è un'industria aeronautica statunitense produttrice di velivoli per uso sia civile che militare.
Fondata a Seattle nel 1916, nel 1997 inglobò la sua principale concorrente, McDonnell Douglas.
A livello produttivo è il secondo costruttore al mondo nel ramo dell'aviazione civile nonché il secondo maggior appaltatore del governo degli Stati Uniti.
La Boeing venne fondata il 15 luglio 1916 da William Boeing e George Conrad Westervelt, un ingegnere della marina degli Stati Uniti. Prese il nome di B&W, dalle loro iniziali. Poco dopo il nome venne cambiato in Pacific Aero Products e, nel 1917, in Boeing Airplane Company.
