Ruurlo er en landsby i Gelderse Achterhoek, i kommunen Berkelland. Landsbyen Ruurlo blev pr. 1. januar 2005 lagt sammen med Borculo, Eibergen og Neede til den nye kommune Berkelland.
Stedet ligger ved jernbanelinjen Zutphen-Winterswijk, der åbnet i 1878, og har sin egen station. Den gennemgående vej mellem Zutphen og Winterswijk går forbi Ruurlo, og afkørslen mod Lochem går gennem byens kerne. I slutningen af det 20. århundrede blev der anlagt en omfartsvej omkring landsbyen, som lettede trafikken i centrum.
