San Carlo alle Quattro Fontane ist eine Kirche auf dem Scheitel des Quirinals in Rom. Von den Römern wird sie auch liebevoll San Carlino genannt. Ihren Beinamen verdankt sie den Vier Brunnen an den Ecken der Kreuzung von Via Quirinale und Via delle Quattro Fontane, an der sie steht. Reiseführer heben gerne die Tatsache hervor, dass der kleine Bau in einen der Vierungspfeiler von Sankt Peter hineinpassen würde.
