Die Nieuwe Kerk steht am Marktplatz von Delft gegenüber dem Rathaus. Sie ist eine der größten Kirchen der Niederlande und ein Werk der Backsteingotik. Der Westturm ist mit 109 Metern Höhe der zweithöchste des Landes, seine oberen Geschosse allerdings aus Werkstein. Die Nieuwe Kerk ist die Grabkirche des niederländischen Königshauses; 45 Angehörige der Dynastie sind hier beigesetzt.
