El Marine Midland Building es un edificio de oficinas pisos situado en el 140 de Broadway entre las Calles Cedar y Liberty en el distrito financiero de Manhattan. Terminado en 1967, mide 209,7 metros de altura y es conocido por la distintiva escultura de su entrada, Cube de Isamu Noguchi. Gordon Bunshaft de Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, que diseñó el edificio, originalmente había propuesto una escultura tipo monolito, pero resultó ser demasiado caro. Actualmente es propiedad de Union Investment.[1]
El inmueble tiene una superficie alquilable de 111.000 m². El principal inquilino del edificio a partir de 2010 es Brown Brothers Harriman, arrendatario de unos 40.000 m² desde 2003. BBH se trasladó desde 59 Wall Street, ocupando el puesto que quedó vacante después de que HSBC trasladara sus principales oficinas en Nueva York al HSBC Tower en el 452 de la Quinta Avenida.
