Départ et parking près du village de Praz de Fort. D’abord un peu à travers un champ ouvert, puis une forêt et enfin un autre morceau de champ ouvert. Ensuite, il longe assez raide la rivière, avec quelques pièces avec des échelles et des câbles comme sécurité. Au-dessus d’un barrage de l’autre côté de la rivière, puis le long d’une large pente avec de nombreuses courbes jusqu’au point de départ.
