De Santa Clara Valley is een vallei ten zuiden van de San Francisco Bay in Noord-Californië. De vallei werd aanvankelijk the Valley of Heart's Delight genoemd vanwege de vele fruitbomen die er bloeiden in de lente.
De Santa Clara Valley is ongeveer 48 km lang en 24 km breed en wordt begrensd door de Santa Cruz Mountains in het zuidwesten en de Diablo Range in het noordoosten. De grootste stad in dit gebied is San José.
