La batalla de Numistro fou un enfrontament que tingué lloc el 207 aC en el marc de la segona Guerra Púnica entre Cartago i la República Romana. Les forces romanes comandades per Marc Claudi Marcel III s'enfrontaren a Anníbal en una batalla de resultat indecís als voltants de la ciutat de Numistro.
Després de la Segona Batalla d'Herdonea, un cop Anníbal hagué derrotat les legions de Gneu Fulvi Centumal II i hagués ordenat l'incendi de la ciutat perquè desconfiava de la seva lleialtat, el gran general cartaginès es desplaçà cap a la ciutat de Numistro i acampà en un petit turó fàcilment defensable, ja que dominava l'esplanada que el rodejava.
