Der Fährhafen Sassnitz ist ein deutscher Seehafen an der Ostsee im Ortsteil Mukran der Stadt Sassnitz. Er liegt an der Prorer Wiek im Osten der Insel Rügen. Der Hafen wurde im Oktober 1986 als Fährhafen Mukran für die Fährverbindung Mukran–Klaipėda in Betrieb genommen. Die Fährhafen Sassnitz GmbH agiert als Betreiber des Hafens seit Mai 2016 unter der Marke Mukran Port.
Von Sassnitz gibt es Fährlinien nach Schweden, Dänemark , Litauen und Russland. Mit einem Güterumschlag von etwa fünf Millionen Tonnen pro Jahr ist der Fährhafen Sassnitz der drittgrößte deutsche Ostseehafen.
