Die Schlacht bei Perryville, auch Schlacht am Chaplin River genannt, war die letzte Schlacht des konföderierten „Heartland“-Feldzuges während des Amerikanischen Bürgerkriegs und fand am 8. Oktober 1862 statt. Die Schlacht führte trotz eines Sieges zur Aufgabe Kentuckys durch die Konföderierten.
Gegenüber standen sich die konföderierte Mississippi-Armee unter General Braxton Bragg und die Ohio-Armee der Nordstaaten unter Generalmajor Don Carlos Buell, wobei von letzterer im Wesentlichen nur ein einzelnes Korps an den Kämpfen beteiligt war.
