Entre los edificios de interés histórico cabe destacar: la Basílica de Santa María, el palacio de los condes o convento de Santo Domingo, la Lonja o casa comunal, la prisión medieval y las calles y casas medievales.
Cada septiembre se celebra en Castellò una Feria Medieval de gran interés como oferta de ocio y patrimonial pues cuenta con una interesante agenda cultural.
