La casa consistorial de Éibar en Guipúzcoa, País Vasco , puede considerarse pionera en la construcción con hormigón en esa provincia. Fue proyectada por el arquitecto Ramón Cortázar e inaugurada el 14 de septiembre de 1901. Fue declarado Bien de Interés Cultural el 17 de julio de 1984.[1]
