Le château de Bénouville est une demeure construite par l'architecte Claude-Nicolas Ledoux entre 1768 et 1777, située à Bénouville, dans le département du Calvados, en région Normandie.Après la démolition du précédent édifice, la construction du château est commandée à l'architecte Claude-Nicolas Ledoux en 1768 par François-Hyppolite Sanguin, marquis de Livry, et sa femme Thérèse-Bonne Gillain, héritière du domaine à la mort de son père, Antoine Gillain, marquis de Bénouville, en 1768. Les travaux sont achevés en 1777. Ledoux s'y est rendu en avril 1774 pour contrôler un contentieux de menuiseries.
