La diocesi di Cuneo è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Italia suffraganea dell'arcidiocesi di Torino appartenente alla regione ecclesiastica Piemonte. Nel 2016 contava 105.000 battezzati su 117.000 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Piero Delbosco.
La diocesi comprende la parte sud-occidentale della provincia di Cuneo. Confina a nord con le diocesi di Saluzzo e di Fossano, ad est con la diocesi di Mondovì e per breve tratto con la diocesi di Ventimiglia-San Remo, a sud confina con la diocesi di Nizza e ad ovest con quella di Digne, entrambe in territorio francese.
