I Monti Gemelli sono un piccolo massiccio montuoso formato da due brevi gruppi montuosi, simili tra loro , poste nell'estremo orientale della catena dei Monti della Laga, nella Provincia di Teramo, in Abruzzo, al confine con la provincia di Ascoli Piceno e compresi all'interno del parco nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga.
Separate tra loro dalla gola scavata dal fiume Salinello con la vetta più a nord, la Montagna dei Fiori, che inoltra una pendice nel territorio della Provincia di Ascoli Piceno, su quest'ultima montagna sorge la località sciistica di San Giacomo, una delle tre località sciistiche in Provincia di Teramo assieme a Prati di Tivo e Prato Selva.
