Al llarg del Passeig d'Orleans , quatre petits ponts rústics creuen el riu Sauvenière.
El primer pont que creuaràs en acostar-te al passeig per Sous-Bois està dedicat a Vital Keuller (1866-1945). Aquest artista francès de pares belgues, resident a prop d'Anvers, va passar algunes setmanes a la font de Sauvenière durant uns vint anys.
Va viure a Ostende els anys anteriors a 1914. Es va convertir en director artístic del Cercle Artistique d'Ostende. Va fugir a Anglaterra en esclatar la Primera Guerra Mundial, però no va tornar a Ostende fins molt de temps després de la guerra. Primer va creuar Bretanya, les Ardenes i el Kempen.
La seva carrera posterior es va desenvolupar principalment a Sint-Mariaburg, prop d'Anvers , on tenia una vila amb un estudi. Va passar els seus darrers anys amb la seva segona esposa a Schaarbeek, on va pintar exclusivament paisatges.
