El Palau d'Aquisgrà era tot un conjunt d'edificacions de tipus residencial, polític i religiós, que fou erigit per l'emperador Carlemany com centre del poder carolingi. El palau en qüestió estava ubicat a l'actual ciutat d'Aquisgrà, a l'oest d'Alemanya, a l'actual estat federat de Rin del Nord-Westfàlia. Les parts essencials del palau carolingi foren construïdes a l'última dècada del segle viii, però els treballs tingueren continuïtat fins a la mort del mateix emperador Carlemany, l'any 814.
