La Ciutat de la Justícia de Barcelona i l'Hospitalet de Llobregat és el lloc on es concentra tot el partit judicial de l'Hospitalet de Llobregat i la major part d'òrgans judicials del partit judicial de Barcelona. Està ubicada a cavall dels límits dels termes municipals de l'Hospitalet de Llobregat i Barcelona al costat de la Plaça d'Ildefons Cerdà, entre la Gran Via, el carrer de Juan Gris, l'avinguda del Carrilet i el carrer de l'Aprestadora. Concretament, els jutjats de Barcelona es troben a la Gran Via número 111 mentre que els de l'Hospitalet es troben a l'Avinguda del Carrilet número 2.
