Els Banys d'Arles i Palaldà, o, simplificadament, els Banys i Palaldà és una comuna nord-catalana de la comarca del Vallespir, a la Catalunya del Nord.El municipi actual és el resultat de la unió de tres antigues comunes: els Banys d'Arles, Palaldà o Palaudà i Montalbà . Antigament ja hi havia unes termes romanes, però va ser amb el regne de Lluís Felip I que el lloc va adquirir notorietat en privatitzar els banys.
