La capella Palatina és la capella reial dels reis normands de Sicília, situada al centre de la planta baixa del Palau dels Normands.
Encarregada el 1132 per Roger II de Sicília com a reemplaçament de la capella anterior , es construí al voltant de 1080. Encara tardà vuit anys més a concloure la decoració amb mosaics i obres d'art. El santuari, dedicat a sant Pere, conté una cúpula de basílica. Té tres absis, usual en l'arquitectura romana d'Orient, i sis arcs apuntats , que es recolzen sobre columnes clàssiques reutilitzades.
