El Palau de Ribeira - Paço da Ribeira en portuguès - és un palau a Lisboa en el riu Tajo. Construït pel rei Manuel I, em ple context de descobertes del segle XV, es tracta d'un luxós palau orientat cap al port. Va ser destruït pel terratrèmol de Lisboa del 1755. Fins a la seva construcció, la residència de la cort portuguesa era en el Paço da Alcáçova , edificat durant el medieval. Però la modernitat en la qual es va endinsar la capital portuguesa en plenes descobertes va fer que el rei decidís d'una nova seu. Va ser-ho així fins a dos segles. D'ençà el terratrèmol, l'antic palau s'ha transformat en una plaça comercial força transitada.
