El Bosc Nacional Angeles , gestionat per Servei Forestal dels Estats Units, es troba a les Muntanyes de San Gabriel al Sud de Califòrnia . La gran majoria del bosc se situa al comtat de Los Angeles. Va ser establert l'1 de juliol de 1908. Té una superfície de més de 2.600 quilòmetres quadrats i es localitza just al nord de l'àrea metropolitana de Los Angeles, una zona urbana densament poblada.
El Bosc Nacional Angeles conserva i protegeix els hàbitats, la flora, la fauna, els ecosistemes i les conques de drenatge dins dels seus límits. Les elevacions del bosc varien entre els 370 i els 3.060 metres. El sender Pacific Crest travessa el seu territori.
