FC Santa Coloma er et andorransk fodboldhold baseret i landsbyen Santa Coloma, i sognet Andorra la Vella. Klubben spiller i øjeblikket i Primera Divisió, og er dens nuværende mester og mest succesfulde hold med elleve titler. Det er også det mest succesfulde hold i Copa Constitució, hvor det har vundet det ni gange.
Grundlagt i 1986 blev FC Santa Coloma et af grundlæggermedlemmerne af Primera Divisió i 1995. Siden 2001 har klubben nydt en stor succes i alle andorranske konkurrencer og står med alle rekorderne i Premier Andorran League og Andorran Cup.
