Münster er en kommune med 3512 indbyggere i retskredsen Rattenberg, distrikt Kufstein i Tirol. Münster ligger i den nedre del af Inn-dalen og begrænses mod syd af Inn, kun i sydøst strækker kommunens område sig over floden. Fra den 520 meter over havets overflade liggende bred stiger landet mod nord op over 2000 meter i Rofangebjergene. De højeste toppe er Vorderes Sonnwendjoch, Roßkopf, Rofanspitze og Rofanturm. I en højde af 1800 meter ligger Zireiner See.
