Nationalparkhuset Matrei i Osttirol er en fredet bygning i kommunen Matrei i Osttirol. Det blev åbnet som skolehus i 1866 og fungerer i dag som nationalparkhus for Nationalparken Hohe Tauern.
Bygningen blev åbnet i 1866 og blev brugt som skolebygning samt som kaserne for de lokale gendarmer. I perioder blev bygningen også anvendt som sted for kommunens forvaltning, som bankfilial for Raiffeisenkassen og som bolig for søstre. I årene 2001 til 2002 blev bygningen ombygget.
