Den mest iøjnefaldende bygning i parken er triumfbuen, som blev færdiggjort i 1905. Den første arkitekt, der blev udnævnt af kong Leopold II, var den belgiske arkitekt Gédéon Bordiau. Efter hans død blev den franske arkitekt Charles Girault udnævnt af kongen.
Monumentet består af tre ens buer, med en bronzestatue oven over den midterste bue, der forestiller Brabant på en stridsvogn trukket af fire heste. Ved foden af triumfbuen finder man i alt otte statuer på begge sider, som repræsenterer de øvrige provinser. (Belgien havde i alt 9 provinser, da triumfbuen blev bygget. Statsreformer ændrede dette.) Statuerne blev udført af Thomas Vinçotte, Jef Lambeaux, Charles Van der Stappen, Albert Desenfans og Guillaume De Groot. I 1988 blev restaureringen af det firspand oven på triumfbuen fuldført.
