Eddy Merckx er en station på metroen i Bruxelles, beliggende i den vestlige del af kommunen Anderlecht.
Stationen Eddy Merckx blev åbnet den 15. september 2003 sammen med Erasmus, COOVI og Het Rad som en forlængelse af metrolinje 1B fra Bizet til Erasmus. Siden revisionen af metronet i 2009 kører metrolinje 5 gennem dette station.
