Aaigem er en landsby i den belgiske provins Østflams og en delkommune af Erpe-Mere. Aaigem har 2116 indbyggere, og arealet af delkommunen er 7,32 km². Indtil 1976 var Aaigem en selvstændig kommune.
Aaigem ligger ved den nordlige kant af et bakket område, de flamske Ardenner, og i Denderregionen. Landsbyen ligger på den nordlige skråning af dalen Molenbeek-Ter Erpenbeek, som løber lige syd for byens centrum og har lidt bebyggelse på grund af de lave, våde områder.
