Museum Dr. Guislain er et museum i Gent, hvor psykiatriens historie præsenteres ved hjælp af brugsgenstande, kunst og forskning. Museet åbnede sine døre i 1986. Det er placeret i det gamle hospital på området til Psykiatrisk Center Dr. Guislain i Gent, opkaldt efter psykiateren Jozef Guislain. Udover en omfattende permanent samling organiseres der hvert år tre til fire udstillinger.
