Fernelmont er en kommune i den belgiske provins Namur. Kommunen har over 8.000 indbyggere og ligger i en højde af 196 meter. Fernelmont ligger i den nordlige del af provinsen, grænsende op til provinsen Liège. Fusionskommunen Fernelmont opstod ved sammensmeltningen af de ti nuværende delkommuner Bierwart, Cortil-Wodon, Forville, Franc-Waret, Hemptinne, Hingeon, Marchovelette, Noville-les-Bois, Pontillas og Tillier. Kommunens administrative center er det centrale Noville-les-Bois. Nord for landsbykernen i Forville ligger stadig det lille samfund Seron.
