Nafraiture er en landsby i den belgiske provins Namur og en delkommune af Vresse-sur-Semois. Landsbyen ligger på plateauet nord for Semois. Indtil 1. januar 1977 var det en selvstændig kommune. På Nafraitures område er der fundet gallo-romerske tumuli, hvilket tyder på, at området allerede var beboet i den romerske periode.
