Grote-Spouwen er en landsby i den sydlige del af den belgiske provins Limburg og en delkommune af byen Bilzen. Grote-Spouwen havde 1321 indbyggere i 2013. Sydvest for landsbyens kerne ligger bygden Weert. Grote-Spouwen blev første gang nævnt i 1181, og som Spalden, der betyder en afskærmet grund.
