Oelegem er en delkommune i kommunen Ranst i den belgiske provins Antwerpen. Oelegem var en selvstændig kommune indtil den kommunale sammenlægning i 1977. Omkring 1960 blev der fundet rester fra jernalderen. Udgravninger i 1977 og derefter afslørede rester af en gallo-romersk bosættelse.
