Zichem er en delkommune i byen Scherpenheuvel-Zichem i den belgiske provins Vlaams-Brabant. Zichem var en selvstændig kommune indtil kommunereformen i 1977. Zichem står på listen over Danmarks smukkeste landsbyer som den smukkeste kommune i Vlaams-Brabant. Zichem tilhørte Maria van Loon-Heinsberg, der stammede fra grevskabet Loon. Efter hendes ægteskab i 1440 med Jan IV af Nassau blev Zichem en del af grevskabet Nassau-Dillenburg.
