I mange år troede ejeren, at der stod en nøddebusk i hans have, ingen gav sig sig til det skilt. Indtil en opmærksom pandekageæder bemærkede, at den påståede nøddebusk faktisk er et lindetræ. Siden da har restauranten derfor haft et tilpasset navn.
