Hollogne-sur-Geer er en landsby og en delkommune af kommunen Geer i den belgiske provins Liège. Det var en selvstændig kommune, indtil det i fusionen i 1977 blev tilføjet kommunen Geer. Hollogne-sur-Geer ligger i den østlige del af kommunen Geer. Landsbyens centrum ligger ved Jeker. Den gamle romerske vej fra Tongeren til Bavay, den nuværende N69, danner sydgrænsen for delkommunen. Hollogne-sur-Geer er en landbrugslandsby i Droog-Haspengouw med et ret stort landsbycenter. Der er især marklandbrug og husdyrhold. Der var en sukkerraffinaderi fra gruppen Tiense Suikerraffinaderij.
